Whether you are a student or professional we know that that time in college is precious and shouldn't be wasted. They recognized the need for affordable student and professional services that allow people to spend their time doing the more important things in life.
What services does Loads Of Fun offer?
Loads Of Fun is a pick up and delivery full garment care service for students and professionals. We provide professional wash and fold, pickup and delivery laundry service that includes a 48 hour turn around time. All loads are professionally washed in your own washer so there's no need to worry about your clothes being mixed up with someone else's. We can also provide free pickup and delivery dry cleaning service for our customer. Just call!
Can I pay per wash?
If you do not want to purchase an entire semester or year package, you can pay per wash @ $1.35 per pound. Please sign up online or call us at 610.696.WASH.
We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Checks, and Cash. Checks should be made out to Loads If Fun, It can be mailed to: Loads Of Fun Accounting Department 1334 West Chester Pike West Chester PA 19382 Cash should be delivered in person.
How do I get my Loads Of Fun Bag?
Once you order the service, bags will be delivered to your residence shortly thereafter with personal ID tags attached.

How do I get my laundry picked up?
Fraternity/Sorority Houses: You will be assigned a secure place within the house to leave your bag on pick-up days. We will collect all the bags together at a specified time on your pick-up days.
Dorms/Residences: You will have a specified drop off point at your residence where an attendant will be waiting to accept your delivery during your designated delivery hours.
If you miss us, all you have to do is call Loads Of Fun during our hours of operation and we'll make our best effort to come to you dorm or apartment building to pick up your clothing.
How much laundry will I be able to give to LOF per week?
As much as you can fit in your official bag. Clothing not placed in the Loads Bag can not be cleaned by us, but feel free to stuff the bag with as much clothing as you can! There is no weight limit.
What if I need to wash more than my semester plan allows?
Upon request, we will weigh your bag and let you know if you've gone over your limit. If you do happen to go over you'll only have to pay $1.35 for each additional pound which covers the cost of using additional machines. Don’t worry, its Loads Of Fun!
What if I have special laundry needs?
Loads Of Fun! is a professional laundry service and is aware that our customers may have special needs and requests. For those customers who prefer unscented detergent, it will be provided upon request at no extra cost. We are also happy to wash your clothes with any detergent you would like to provide us with. Just write your special needs on the inventory sheet and your request will be accommodated.
What if I have delicates that require special attention?
For those customers who are washing delicates, we will make sure their laundry receives appropriate attention. Delicates should be placed in a plastic bag inside your laundry bag and if there are any other special needs you have just fill out the inventory.
Do I have to separate my lights and darks before pickup?
Simply put: No. We separate everything. All you do is fill the bag.
How can you make sure that someone doesn't get my laundry bag by accident?
Each bag comes equipped with an I.D. card attached to the drawstring that you fill out with your information. Additionally we will begin to bar code information so we will provide a receipt for you on site At delivery times all you have to do is show your student ID card or license to one of out attendants and your customer identity will be verified from our list.
What happens if an item is missing?
Sometimes things do get misplaced, or left behind. In order to avoid this each customer is given the chance to fill out an inventory sheet. You keep one copy and we keep the other. Before and after service the items are verified. If an item is missing then please contact us within 48 hours.In the rare event that an item is determined missing, the customer will be reimbursed according to the International Fabricare Institute's standards.
When are the pick up and delivery times?
The schedule will be online before school starts as well we will call you to let you know when your pick up time is.
